Michelle Krickovich, LVT — Hospital Manager
Michelle graduated from the State University of New York at Delhi (SUNY Delhi) College of Veterinary Technology in 2000. She has been a member of the Lancaster Small Animal Hospital staff since 2003. Michelle is Lead Veterinary Technician and Practice Manager. She holds a special interest in Animal Behavior.
She lives in Holland with her Bullmastiff Penelope, her cat Louie, and her Arabian horse Woody.
Carol Fronczak, LVT — Veterinary Technician
Carol graduated from Medaille College in May of 1999, with an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology. She has been a technician with Lancaster Small Animal Hospital since June of 1999. Some of her special interests include Radiology and Exotic Pet Medicine.
Outside of the hospital, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband Rich, and their two children, Maya and Mackenzie. They currently have a rescue cat that their girls named Murray Roger, who has been an amazing addition to their family. Recently, they rescued Cinnamon, a sweet little Puggle.
Christine Wickes, LVT — Veterinary Technician
Chris graduated from Medaille College in May 2010 and is a licensed veterinary technician (LVT). Her interests include feline medicine and anesthesia.
She lives in Williamsville with her three cats — Max, Jack, and Montel.
Jessica Rung, LVT — Veterinary Technician
Jessica began working in the veterinary field when she was 16 years old. She graduated from Alfred State College in 2013 with an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology, and she joined the Lancaster Small Animal Hospital team in November 2014.
When not working, Jessica likes being outside, reading, and spending time with her Siberian Husky, Angel.
Jenni Ross — Veterinary Assistant
Jenni has been around animals her whole life. She attended Medaille College for Veterinary Technology for two years. Her love for animals and the hospital environment has kept her in this field for almost five years. With years of experience, Jenni is a valuable asset to our team and all the animals here!
She enjoys spending time with her son, Arron, in addition to attending hockey games with him in her spare time.
Maria Sorce — Receptionist
Maria's love of animals brought her to Lancaster Small Animal Hospital after working for several years as a medical secretary and running her own pet sitting business.
Maria shares her home in North Buffalo with a menagerie of four-legged critters including: two cats, Oscar and C.J. (C.J. is a hospital blood donor); a rabbit named Baxter; and three dogs, Findley, Max, and Piper.
Maria and her Jack Russell Terrier, Piper, enjoy participating in several charity walk-a-thons each year.
Erin Thiel — Receptionist
Erin has had a life-long love of animals, which led her to work in veterinary hospitals as well as boarding kennels. She has also volunteered for Fix-A-Bull Rock-A-Bully Annual Fundraiser. Erin has been a student at Medaille College majoring in Veterinary Technology, and she is currently working toward her degree. You will often find her here hanging out with her buddy Lil' Pooh.
In her free time, Erin enjoys reading and watching anything on SyFy. She lives in North Tonawanda with her husband Jim, rescue dog Mason, and cats Xander and Sinatra.
Amanda Brown — Receptionist
Amanda has been involved with animals her whole life. She attended Medaille College for two years in the Veterinary Technician program. She expresses a special interest in canine behavior and enjoys showing, training, and competing at the highest levels with her English Springer Spaniels, Charlie and Breeze.
Amanda's passion for animals is the driving factor behind her employment in several different animal hospitals since she was in high school. She enjoys showing and grooming her own two dogs in her free time.
